Welcome to my "about" page, where you get to read about me and how I got to be a world famous artist. Just kidding. Not yet, but keep scrolling to learn about my journey into the art business.
My Story
It all started in 1995 when I was born. Then, as fate had it, I grew up and went to college to study advertising, PR, and design. After graduating, I quickly realized that the jobs available for my degrees paid NOTHING!! Ha! Nothing I tell you. So I decided to go into the IT industry - give up my dreams, and be depressed and miserable for the rest of my life. THE END.

While I did go into IT, I also realized that I could turn my passion for all things art related, into an actual stream of income. I ended up selling my first piece of art in 2017 and was immediately hooked. Through taking commissions (both abstract art and representational art), I realized many clients wanted canvas sizes not available in stores. Rolling up my sleeves, I started building them myself. All the compositions you see on this website are on handmade frames and stretched by none other than.....myself. A few things I've learned along the way:

1.) Be persistent - as long as you don't give up - you're never throwing away your dream
2.) Don't let your feelings get in the way of progress
3.) Recognize the people that got you to where you are (my parents and my highschool art teachers were HUGE proponents to why I love creating so much)
4.) Accept failure and learn from it (I still struggle at the accepting part, but in the long run I always learn from it)
5.) Constantly seek feedback - It will help you grow!!!!
